The Onyx & Breezy Foundation provides funding and support to

Spay and neuter programs
Rescue of animals from kill shelters
Food, medicine and supplies
Cancer Research
Medicine and equipment for military and police canines
Equipment for medical facilities
Puppy mill rescues and disaster relief
Shelters, rescues, foster groups and sanctuaries
Pets of individuals where medical hardship is present
Helping the dogs of veterans suffering from PTSD
Other endeavors that benefit the welfare of animals

Grant Requirements

All grant applications must be returned with the following to be presented for consideration:*

Financials

Individuals
-Tax Return (Copies only)
Non-Profit Organizations
- Last Audited Financials
- Current Balance Sheet & Income Statement (Not older than 60 days)

Diagnosis & Prognosis (if applicable)
Estimate of cost
Care Credit status (individuals must apply for care credit and submit evidence of either denial or approval with available balance)
Telephone number that accepts calls from a "blocked' telephone number.

(Grant Packages MUST be sent all together and complete at the same time. Incomplete or piecemeal packages will NOT be reviewed)

Incomplete grant requests will only be held for 15 days
Grant requests which have been approved are valid for 30 days only

(Please note that we do not fund requests for medical care previously paid by applicant.)
